Spell power will …
Spell power will always be called spell power, the change in Cataclysm is that spell power is no longer separate to any basic stats. In this case, intellect shall give you spell power, so you don’t need to choose between intellect or spell power. Same thing is with strength. If someone asks you about your attack power you’d probably not say how much strength you’ve got, because strength gives you attack power and it won’t be separate to strength in Cataclysm either.
