What are good classes to duo with in WoW?

My boyfriend and I want to start playing World of Warcraft together. We want to work together, so we need to pick two classes that complement each other well and work well together. He’s pretty interested in a tanking class, so he’d probably either be a warrior or paladin. What class could I play that goes well with one of these? What are two classes that go well together (even if one is not warrior/pally?)
There was a website of this couple who were GL and kinda recorded their WoW journey it was really fun, but it was years ago no way I could find it now. The boyfriend played a warrior and was a tank and the girlfriend a priest and was a healer. I wish I could find the site they had, but I doubt it’s still around. Anyways that’s a really good combo as both can make effective DPS if needed and palys can’t really dps nearly as well as a priest. I strongly suggest this for you two.

do u have jobs or go to school? If so you may as well quit… otherwise you’ll get fired or thrown outta school for all the absenses ur gonna have. PPl spend way too much time on that stupid game.

if he picks a warrior you should pick priest druid anything that can heal him
