From what i know the cartographer mining is replaced with GatherMate, GatherMate is pretty good.

you dont go to …
you dont go to cartographer.
you type this: /routes
Click add. Click the drop down menu and click your zone, then name it. Press Okay.
Scroll down on the same menu, check what ores you want to make appear. click create bare route.
Now, press the + next to routes, click your zone, then click what you named it. Click the optimize tab. Click the foreground button, and ur done

haha, its beast. i hit 70 today and got my flyer. Since 62 in nagrand – 68 before I hit borean, i made 1400gold using these addons. 68-70 in borean mining cobalt as i quested, hit 1800g. so i bought 2 mounts! Time to get 5k

type /routes Go to …
type /routes Go to add, give it a name, then create route from cartographer/gathermate info (check the boxes)
Then go to the routes slot and click the + , select the region you set the route in, then the named route. Click on the named one, then go to optimise route. Click on cluster, then background. It will give you one good path to follow. Hope it helps, need any more help? Contact me through yt mail.

i have cartographer …
i have cartographer, routes, and gathermate like they said below…then when i follow the directions, i click the map and cartographer but there is no mining tab to click on..what do i do?
