Is there any safe way to buy WoW Gold without getting your account banned?
There isn't one because Blizzard can monitor every trade, ah purchase, mail, or even move u make. Especially since the new achievement system, the system is designed to keep a better log of everything you do.
Now Blizzard also have a good idea who the main offenders in the gold market are, so there for are keeping a close eye on their every move and if they see a large sum of gold being given to someone in whatever manner that will flag as suspicious to them.
All in all money is easy to make in the game if u are willing to put the effort into it, there is no point risking all the time and money you have put into your account for a quick fix solution to your money problems.
Also if I may add some gold sellers and power level services are malicious but not all the vast majority work for the money they sell, but some are only out to get your account details to rob/hack you and steal all your gold/items vendor trash what they cannot transfer and sell on another account so they can go onto sell the money from your stolen stuff to another buyer.

as far as i know buying of WOW golds are prohibited. There is a rule that you can't buy those item. But if ever you should decide tu buy, take a risk.
