Would i get banned from WoW if i bought powerleveling or wow gold?

If i were to buy WoW powerleveling then transfer the character to another account would it be possible that the account i transfered him to could get banned?
plvling is by far the worst thing you can do… You can easily get banned… Now. lol well i used to buy plvling for my characters and it always worked out! (this was classic WoW) then in late BC days after the 4th day of plvling i got banned AND hacked… not happy >:( buying gold from a safe website is less likely to get caught IF they trade with you, now if they dont trade and send it by mail you my friend, are screwed. Anyways there are 1-2 safe gold sites out there so.. careful 
and yes there ARE safe sites because it is there job… why would they scam you anyways (just gotta find a website that isnt poor and takes your money and runs)
