Does anyone know if Valkor’s gold making guide for world of warcraft is legit?

I was thinking about buying Valkor’s gold making guide for world of warcraft since it’s known as the best gold making guide and it’s been getting the best reviews. However I still want to know from actual players if it really is a legit and legal guide and is actually helpful.
