How to distribute my blood elf hunter’s talent points in World of Warcraft?

By admin | January 31, 2010

I use to have an account about a year ago with a hunter, but I stopped playing it due to working and going to college :( . In about a month from now I plan to restart an account again, cause now I’ll have more free time since I’m done with school at last:)
Bringing me to me question.

I feel like I screwed up my old hunter, so since I’m starting fresh I want advice of how to distribute the talent points for "Beast Mastery". But I don’t want it for solo, I want the talent points to be beneficiary to what ever guild, etc, I might join.

I found this 1 guide online but it’s only for Solo players:

http://www.wrathsecrets.com/hunter-pve-beast-mastery-marksmanship-talent-spec-tree-leveling-build-guide-for-wotlk/

Best answer gets full points :)
And when I say help my guild, I mean with stuff like raids, or maybe leather working, jewel crafting, fishing, tailoring etc

Since you haven’t played in awhile, the most dps you’ll do as a hunter would be with Survival because of explosive shot and Marksman is known to do the same or even better dps than survival but survival is what the majority of hunters choose. If you are looking to help the guild by doing high dps, don’t go Beast Mastery. That is more of a PvP/solo spec. Hope this helped :)

I am looking for a good WarCraft guide.?

As of now BM sucks for raiding, its ok for PvP tho. MM and SV are the raiding specs. http://www.warcrafthuntersunion.com is the best website ive found for hunters, it has EVERYTHING. and belive me ive been around for awhile and lookd at just about every site. at that site you can get see how to spend your pints for MM or SV, you can see how to glyph, shot rotations, what foods to use, boss stratagies, etc.

Survival (because of all the nerfing) is now the top DPS so Beast mastery would only be for soloing and lvling.
The beast mastery Talents (for soloing) should be distributed to help the pet and then hunter and make sure the pet keeps aggro.
If you need help i can send you recruit a friend or you can pop over to my server and join my lvling guild.
