Is the inscription profession in World of Warcraft complete?

Is the inscription profession in world of warcraft "complete" yet? Obviously, Blizzard never completes a profession as every profession gets updates regularly, but is it complete to the level of other crafting professions or are there still new features to be added such as the split in mastery of alchemy or blacksmithing, or additional scribe only benefits, etc.
BTW, I’m somewhat new to WoW, I’ve only played for about a month now. Also, bonus question, I was reading forum postings over a year old talking about a "decipher" skill. What ever happened to that? Was it never implemented? Was it taken out?

It’s pretty well-rounded out. They had time to work on it prior to 3.0 and have had a few decent content patches. It’s newer than other skills and there’s a lot of "this would be cool", but that doesn’t really mean much either way- they could have no more major upgrades other than new patterns like Ulduar brought, or they could branch out skills/abilities further with it.

So you’re looking at a definite maybe.

Inscription is a profession which was introduced in Patch 3.0.2. Inscription allows players to create glyphs, scrolls, Darkmoon cards, vellum and various off-hand tomes. Inscription includes a "gathering" skill, milling. This skill creates base materials from herbs, similar to disenchanting and prospecting.

Trainers are available in every racial capital, allowing players to train up to 300 skill. To gain 375 skill, players must visit a trainer in Hellfire Peninsula. The 450 skill level can only be obtained from trainers in Northrend.

Blizzard sucks popsicles. I’m just glad they haven’t nerfed Hunters yet. As for the inscription question, they’ve probably HAD to finish it. If they didn’t, well… They suck even more then. And they will be getting many calls from Steven, my imaginary lawyer.
