Is the World of Warcraft mount level requirment decreasing?

Is the world of warcraft mount level requirement decreasing? If it is then what level is it going to be, and when will this change occur?
Yes, the level has already decreased to 30 and the price has decreased to 35g. Also in this patch was the change from Arean Season III to Season IV.
Back to the mounts though, no matter how many people it upsets it's a good thing for the game because new blood that wants in doesn't have to wait as long to get the mount that (as we all know) greatly increases mobility running quests in the larger zones. This new group can zip through the lower levels and get to 70 in time so they are on the same playing field as others when wotlk comes out.
Don't forget to get your "Carrot on a Stick"!

Yes, you'll be able to get mounts at 30 instead of 40.
It's either in the patch they just came out with the other day or in the next patch, I don't really know.

Mounts will be at level 30. They will cost 35 gold. The date has not been released yet.

The update will make it so u can get them at 30 instead of 40 but i don't know when the update will come out

Blizzard has announced that the Normal Mount level requirement will be reduced to level 30 to help players level faster and get to instances faster (Such as Scarlet Mon. for Alliance) The Epic land mount will stay the same as same for Flying mount's all of this will be in the next patch.

Yes, this tuesday (7/1/08) when the patch arrives..the level 40 riding mounts that cost 90g will be changed to level 30 and will cost 35g..
the speed will remain the same at 60%
the epic riding and flying mounts will stay the same
