What is the leveling spec for death knights in world of warcraft?

As of 3.1 is the leveling spec Unholy or Blood?
Unholy Spec. I found it’s very consistant with good DPS.

Unholy is good for leveling.
Blood is good for leveling too. Its also good for solo’ing Quest elites.

As long as you can avoid big pulls I say blood. Lots less downtime.
I do have one thing to add.
I leveled as frost and got from 55-75 in about 5 days.
This was good to me because the damage mitigation is ridiculous. You never feel like you’re in jeopardy of dying.
However the only reason I leveled frost was because I have an 80 pally and I wanted to learn the mechanics of DK tanking.

I’d say that blood is a really good spec for leveling, i leveled my DK as blood and could solo alot of elite quests all because of the ability to self heal.
DK’s are just pretty OP when your leveling and you’ll feel like your flying through quests. it all levels out when you get to around level 79 with damage.
i tried unholy also but found that the auto swings on some of the abilities were slow (maybe because i was used to blood spec) but alround unholy is also a viable spec.
try out both if you got gold to respec around.

It purely depends on wat type of realm u play on…
if its on a PvE realm then go Blood its insanely good DPS for lving and also u heal so much hp… but if ur on a PvP server stick with unholy as its also good dps just abit harder to quest with but u have alot higher chance of surviving PvP attacks its ur in unholy with ur pet and strength boosts etc…

I say it blood it is great for soloing and it can heal you. It will be easy for you to kill elites in dungeons or just in the open.
