What profession should a Death knight be?

hi, i am a lvl 60 death knight in WoW. i still haven’t decided on which profession i should be. Can someone give me a hand?

Anything you want. I’m an herbalist/inscription, but you can be anything you want.

    Either Herbalism/Inscription or Mining/Blacksmithing would probably be good.
