We got rid of him/her. However, I think he or she has returned with new toons altogether or previously unseen alts. Is there a website that I can look at that if I have one a couple toon names, it will give me all the toon names associated with that account?

Blizzard purposely keeps account names/emails separate from character names, for a reason. There’s no way to look up info on a person’s account to see what other characters are on that account. Any linking (like guild roster alts) has to be done willingly.
