What is the easiest World of Warcraft race and class to play, level and have fun?
By admin | February 5, 2010
I am not sure what to do. I like to play, but I have no idea what race and class are the most fun and easiest to level.
Your race is your choice, but I prefer Horde, since they’re much easier to train. Class depends on what fighting style you like. If you want to be a spellcaster DPS, then mage is perfect, since they are fun to play. If you like melee DPS or damage dealing, then try the warrior or rogue. I favor hybrid classes (classes than can take on the role of DPS, tanking and healing) such as the paladin. Paladins are pretty much the slowest class to train, but they are pretty good in arena and PvP. The most quickest class to train are probably spellcasters.

I’ve personally have only ever been a paladin human, reached level 50 and 700+ gold within a week about half a year ago.
I will tell you that it was fun though.

My favorite has always been a druid because of the versatility of the class, but mages and shamans are also a lot of fun. It really depends if you like casting spells or doing melee damage, you may have an easier time with one type over the other and find it easier to level. The best time to decide is before you hit level 10 since it doesn’t take much to reach that level and you will get a feel for a class by then, you can decide if you like that character of it you would rather try a different class.
