Icecrown is next week, so.. we’ll give that a good 4+ months before they announce a raid instance equivalent to Sunwell or Old Naxxramas. Then another few months.. I’d say next year, late summer or fall.

Blizzard hasn’t announced a specific date for Cataclysm. Blizzard stated at Blizzcon 2009 that the release will be in 2010.
Noahpsx (below), please state your source or link for the date you stated.
As far as I know, the September 24, 2010 is just a rumor. No official release date has been announced.
