Will I get to level eighty in time in world of warcraft?
By admin | November 18, 2009
I recently started world of warcraft, in anticipation of the new expansion Cataclysm, and I would like to know if I can make it to level 80 before October 2010. Is it possible?
by the way, i only get on after school at my grandmas, until i go to my mom’s or dad’s. i share my game time with call of duty MW2 and dragon age origins
Yes definetly, in that amount of time you could do it a few times over. I thought the same thing when I started playing before Wrath came out. Follow the link in my source to Jame’s levelling guide for Horde and Alliance. It’s a step by step guide for questing, which if you follow will get you to 80 in no time at all. It’s also frequently updated to take into account patch changes.
You can either use the printable guide version, or the their is also an addon available to have the guide ingame. Good luck.

I have seen people in my guild reach level 80 in less than two weeks. That usually means playing about 18 hours a day, stopping only to sleep. For a casual player, logging about 2 or 3 hours a day, it’ll take about six months. If you’re somewhere inbetween, I would suppose 4 months or so. It personally took me about that long.
So yes, to answer your question, you will. That’s 11 months from now. You have PLENTY of time. You don’t have to push yourself to play as much as possible. You’ll get burned out on it if you do and won’t want to play again for a long time. Take it slow and only play when you feel like it.
I can suggest a few addons for you to download that will make leveling easier.
Carbonite – it shows you where you can get quests, as well as where to go and what to do to finish them and turn them in. Also has a very detailed map.
Atlas – Detailed maps of instances, so you don’t get lost in your dungeon runs.
Auctioneer – Helps you sell your items at the best possible price.
You can get all of these at Curse.com

Probably, but you would also likely have to deprive yourself of a social life.

you totally can. i just levelled a pally 1-80 in under 7 days played time. Grab the addon Questhelper from here:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/quest-helper.aspx
Its a huge help and speeds up the process.
