Only if it’s your first time playing WoW ever. It doesn’t give game time to existing accounts.
You have to download patches to make the game up to date. If you’ve been playing thus far and now are getting WotLK, it will repatch those previous patches to wotlk, but there is nothing more to actually download.

you do not get any free game time when you buy the xpac.
you will have 2 new patches after you install Wrath.
you can not play unless you have those patches.

No proberlys none of the expansions from now onwards will have game time added onto them , They could sometime but i doubt it.
(This is what i got when i first bought WoW) I got a 60 day pass but seen though this was my first time with my account and a payment i got 30 days free so i got a 90 Day :p

WoW expansions do not come with game time.
Regardless of what patch you are on right now, installation of WotLK will put you at 3.0.1 (yes, even if you were already playing with 3.0.3), forcing you to then patch up to 3.0.2 and then to 3.0.3.

didnt you notice that the price of the exanpsion is cheaper than the last one the burning crusade so i think it is not as good as the original wow.
