If I do stay warlock, what spec do you think I should go into?

Try out some of the other classes, there’s a wide variety of game play options you miss by only playing one class. If you end up not enjoying the play style you can always go back to your lock. The death knight especially seems worth trying out since you get to start out at level 55 (assuming you have at least one 55+ character).
