When WoW WOTLK Comes out do i have to buy it to be able to play WoW?

I have WoW, and WoW Burning Crusades.
When WotLK is released you will be able to continue to play but you cannot experience the content the wotlk will bring, such as leveling to 80, death knights or Northrend.

No you dont have to buy it, you just wont be able to access the new content, or go past 70.

No, but 99% of the population will then be a higher level than you and hanging out in areas you can’t get to.
